Match a color →The Springs of Suntree ARC is planning a transition from Sherwin-Williams to Richards Paint as our pre-approved exterior paint catalog. The current Sherwin-Williams colors remain fully approved — nothing changes until the transition is complete.
Once the transition is finalized, the new Richards catalog will become the official source for pre-approved colors. Homeowners who already have an approved Sherwin-Williams color on their home will be grandfathered in — you will not be required to repaint.
The new catalog introduces a simplified grouping system that makes it easier to pick a coordinated base and trim combination. We are also providing a Color Matcher tool to help residents find similar Richards colors to a color they already have or are looking at.
